The name has changed but the free family fun is better than ever.

The Sun & Fun Rewards program that has provided Compass Cove Oceanfront Resort guests with complimentary passes and discounts to Myrtle Beach’s top attractions for years, is now known as Brittain Rewards. It’s part of an expanded customer loyalty program to give our guests the best in benefits for choosing to spend your vacations with us.

In addition to receiving one complimentary admission per party to select attractions on the Grand Strand, the Brittain Rewards program also offers free and unlimited DVD rentals during your stay. Patrons also receive early notification and access to all special sales and events, discounted room upgrades, exclusive member rates and more.

Brittain Rewards also recently released its lineup of attractions for the spring of 2019. Guests who stay between March 3 and June 1 will find something for the whole family in their Brittain Rewards packet, including tickets to the new Simpson’s 4D Theater, Broadway Grand Prix and access to the botanical garden at Brookgreen Gardens.

It all adds up to hundreds of dollars in savings, making it more affordable for families to take in some of the most popular attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer. The list of participating attractions changes seasonally, so you can enjoy a different attraction every time you visit. Here’s an in-depth look at what’s in store for spring:

The Simpsons in 4D: Formerly known as the IMAX Theatre, this Broadway at the Beach attraction has been converted to pay tribute to the longest running scripted prime time show in television history. With more than 30 seasons and 600 episodes to its credit, “The Simpsons” bring a taste of Springfield to Myrtle Beach with the 4D theater. Known as the Aztec Theatre as it is in the animated series, the attraction also has a replica Kwik-E-Mart selling Buzz Cola, Heat-Lamp Hot Dogs, and Lard Lad Donuts just like the show. Guests receive one adult general admission ticket, and there’s a good chance you will spot Bart, Lisa, Homer, Marge and Maggie making their rounds and posing for photos.

Broadway Grand Prix: Get your motors running at this high-octane attraction, where our guests receive one free “Unlimited Ride” admission. Test your driving skills on more than eight race courses featuring souped-up go-karts and mini-dragsters. The park also features thrill rides, miniature golf and massive video arcade that features some of the latest and hottest games. There’s also a grill for hot food and cold drinks, and the gift shop offers racing souvenirs and keepsakes. Parents can join in the fun and race against the little ones, or adults can tag along for free while watching the kids battle it out on the race track.

Brookgreen Gardens: The oldest and largest botanical sculpture garden on the East Coast is only 20 miles away in nearby Murrells Inlet. Visitors often feel like they have entered the Garden of Eden with beautiful live oak trees, wildflowers and statues providing the perfect mix of art and nature. Guests can tour the gardens and take in the sites, or take advantage of other activities for a small fee. The Lowcountry Zoo and Farm are fun for the kids, and a boat tour through the old rice fields is a hit for folks looking to fill a vacation photo album.

After a fun day at the attractions or for a rainy day at the resort, take advantage of free and unlimited DVD rentals in the main lobby and host your own movie night in your room at Compass Cove Oceanfront Resort. Sign up for Brittain Rewards and make the most of your next Myrtle Beach vacation.
