Visiting Compass Cove Resort in the Winter? Don’t Forget Your Bathing Suit!
One of the best things about visiting Compass Cove Resort is the huge range of water amenities available. Between the water park, the oceanfront pools, and the indoor pools, you have your choice from among nearly 23 water amenities. Nearly all of them are heated, and that means that even when you visit in the wintertime, you can still enjoy dip in the pool or one of our many hot tubs!
Both the Pinnacle building and the Schooner/Mariner pool decks include fantastic indoor pools. The Pinnacle deck has an indoor pool, two indoor hot tubs, and the Schooner also has an indoor lazy river and two indoor hot tubs. And don’t forget—the winter weather in Myrtle Beach is rarely all that cold. You may end up here in one of our warm snaps, so who knows, you might even luck out and be able to take a dip in an outdoor pool, or enjoy a brisk soak in an outdoor hot tub!
The pools are just the beginning of the fantastic amenities offered at Compass Cove. We also offer oceanfront shuffleboard, which is terrific fun on one of those sunny and bright winter afternoons, a game room, and two outstanding onsite restaurants. The Compass Rose serves one of the best breakfasts in Myrtle Beach, while the Crow’s Nest is a dinner restaurant that also serves up plenty of fun, including regular Karaoke nights!
Just picture yourself strolling on the beach, taking a long soak in the hot tub, eating a fantastic dinner, and of course waking up the next morning to stunning ocean views. And all without the big summertime crowds, and for a lot less than you’d pay in the summer, too. It all adds up to one fantastic place to enjoy a winter getaway.
