New Renovations Make For an Even Better Stay at Compass Cove
Compass Cove has been making vacation memories for generations of guests, and now the popular Myrtle Beach hotel is ready to accommodate future generations of visitors thanks to a property-wide renovations project.
The folks at Compass Cove have been working hard over the offseason to make sure that your next visit is even more relaxing in 2014. Major remodeling efforts have recently been completed in all three buildings in the complex - the Mariner, the Schooner and the Pinnacle – and the entire property has undergone a facelift to get ready for the 2014 season.
Featuring more than 500 rooms in the three-building complex that spans 720 feet (or about 2 ½ football field) of scenic oceanfront, Compass Cove was already considered one of the top resorts in Myrtle Beach. But after the extreme makeover, Compass Cove is ready for its best year yet. Here's a rundown of the improvements you can expect to see in each:
* The Mariner Building saw a major makeover in all of its units, including new kitchen cabinets with granite countertops, hallway carpeting and bathroom vanities. The addition of electronic safes and curved shower curtains are just a few of the minor conveniences that can make your stay even more enjoyable.
* The Schooner Building has given all of its units an upgrade, especially when it comes to responding to guests' requests for more storage space. New case-good cabinets have been installed in all oceanfront and ocean-view rooms and suites, along with other improvements. Tile backsplashes were added to all Mini and Junior Suite kitchens, as well as new electronic safes. The on-site fitness center has been outfitted with all new equipment.
* The Pinnacle Building saw major remodeling to bathroom and kitchen fixtures. New kitchen cabinets were installed in oceanfront suites and efficiencies, and new bathroom vanities, granite tile, mirrors, lighting and wall texturing were added to all oceanview efficiencies, Oceanfront End Suites, Oceanfront King Suites and Ocean View Deluxe Suites. New pavers were installed around the pool deck to give guests an easier stroll around the property.
These renovations are just the latest commitments Compass Cove has made in recent years to enhance your Myrtle Beach vacation experience. Now featuring 22 pools and water attractions, including two new waterslides, Compass Cove Resort gives guests more reasons stay and play in its backyard.
