What’s better than enjoying a Thanksgiving dinner where you don’t have to do the dishes? We’re pretty sure that desire is the number one driver behind the increasing popularity of getting away for Thanksgiving. Well, that and the opportunity to spend time relaxing at the beach away from rowdy summertime crowds.
If you’re coming to Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving this fall, be sure to make plans to join us at Compass Rose restaurant for a Thanksgiving buffet. There will be three seatings; 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m., and reservations are recommended.
The menu this year includes a carving station with traditional slow-roasted turkey with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce as well as baked ham with pineapple glaze. Sides include garden salad bar with assorted dressings, candied sweet potato, creamy whipped potatoes, cornbread stuffing, buttered corn, green bean casserole and country biscuits with butter. The kids will also be able to enjoy chicken tenders and French fries. The dessert table will include pumpkin and apple pie with whipped cream, peach cobbler and banana pudding.
Reservations for this ocean-view Thanksgiving feast are recommended. We hope to see you there!
