PRE-ARRIVAL TIPS FOR OUR GUESTS:
Due to high occupancy on weekends and throughout the summer, early check in is rarely available. However, we will happily pre-register you at any time.
Check In Tips for Vacationers:
1. Your room must be paid in full at check in. Your confirmation should have indicated your balance due. Please call us at 1-800-228-9894 or e-mail info@compasscove.com to request the amount of your balance due.
2. Credit cards are safer than cash if your wallet gets lost or stolen, and are quickest for us to process at check in! Remember to check your balance to make sure you have enough available funds for your vacation. We charge your credit card at check in, not check out, so your funds will be debited on arrival.
3. Incidental Deposits – we also obtain an authorization on your credit or debit card, or a cash deposit, in the amount of $100.00 for incidental charges. Remember, it usually takes banks three or four days to release the hold on these funds once you depart.
4. Please bring this information with you to the Front Desk when register:
a. Confirmation Number
b. License Plate Number
5. We will gladly store your bags for you when you pre-register before 3:00 p.m.
6. Because we pre-block all of our rooms, it is most often not possible to rearrange the “board” to get you the first available clean room for check in. However, we do guarantee check in at 3:00 p.m.
7. Remember to keep a copy of your receipt showing your payment for the room.
8. If your reservation is set up for a room move, please remember to have all of your items packed by 11:00 a.m. You are not required to be present for your room move; our Bellman and a Manager on Duty will move your items between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. so as not to interrupt your plans.
